Josep Bosch and Salvador Berga found the "Berga y Bosch, S.L." society and they buy a cured meats factory to start elaborating cured meat.
Salvador Berga and Josep Bosch create the brand 'Noel'.
The brand 'Noel' is registered in favour of Josep Bosch. From that moment on, the Bosch family will lead the company. Its first specialty is canned cooked ham.
The first advertisement of the company is launched on the Spanish TV. Noel is considered one of the biggest charcuterie producers of the country.
Noel starts its growth abroad, building long-lasting relationships with companies from all over the world, including USA.
Noel needs a bigger factory because of its international growth. This year starts the construction of the new central location of the company, which is the same as today.
The 3rd generation of the family take charge of the company. Anna Bosch –daughter of Albert Bosch– and her husband Joan Boix become the new managing directors.
The old cutting room in Sant Joan les Fonts is remodeled to start producing sliced products.
The central location of the company is expanded.

Noel starts its participation in the new HPP technology plant 'Apaprocessing' (Barcelona), which extends product shelf life without using chemical additives.
The oldest son of Anna Bosch and Joan Boix –Albert– joins the company. Two years later, the youngest –Xavier– joins too. The 4th generation of the family is now part of Noel.
The unstopping growth of the company leads to the construction of a new production plant. When finished, it will host a new area for cured and cooked charcuterie and a new logistic center.
Though Noel is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, the spirit of the beginnings are still present in our day-to-day work.
