At NOEL, we give our cured products time: the time needed to get the best product from the best raw material. Each piece follows a rigorous process of selection to guarantee food safety to the maximun.
The final product mat be presented in different formats, on the bone or boned to get the most from the meat when cut.
At the end of the process, our pieces of meat can be given the Serrano Cured Ham or the "Consorcio" Serrano Cured Ham Certification and an individual identification mark to guarantee that the products has been made with a full traceability system, in other words, that we have controlled everything from the entry of fresh hams to their commercialisation at points of sale. In this way, each ham is unique, as is its flavour.
