Noel Alimentaria S.A.U. was founded by the Bosch-Callís family in 1940 in Olot (Girona). These exceptional surroundings next to the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Area are blessed with an ideal microclimate. All of this, together with the charcuterie wisdom and tradition of the Catalan Pyrenees, favoured the quality of NOEL hams and sausages.
The company, knowing how to take advantage of these intrinsic conditions of its cradle, has grown. And it has kept on growing thanks to the impulse of its people—NOEL's human team, its main asset.
