Your use of this website means that you will be considered a “User” and that you fully accept all the provisions included in this “Legal Notice” right from the time you access the website.
The trade marks, trade names or distinguishing signs, together with the design and all content and features (graphic, video, audio, etc.) that form part of the website are the property of NOEL and are protected under intellectual and industrial property laws. In consequence, access to the website does not confer upon the user any right over them and their use and reproduction, whether totally or partially, is prohibited for commercial purposes without explicit permission from NOEL.
The User is nevertheless authorised to create links to the website as long as the owner’s identity is shown, and as long as there is no breach of current legislation, and the Web pages or sites through which the links are created do not offend against morality, public order and good manners, and as long as they respect the principles of non-discrimination and respect for the dignity of persons, protection of young people and children and, in general, all the aspects included under section 8 of the LSSICE.

For the purposes of the LOPD, Users are informed that the data gathered on website forms will be submitted to automated processing and added to an automated file duly registered at the General Data Protection Registry. NOEL is the destinee of this file and is responsible for it.
The aforesaid file is used for the purposes of managing and replying to requests and queries from Users, of administering FAQs, and of sending out business information about the products and services of NOEL.
The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory and must be filled in to formalise the application.
The personal data provided by the User shall not be assigned to third parties, and NOEL undertakes to treat them with the utmost confidentiality and to comply with the security levels laid down under current regulations.

At the same time, Users who are clients of NOEL are informed that, pursuant to the LSSICE, their data can be used to send them commercial mail electronically and without their prior consent as long as it relates to products or services similar to those initially contracted.
