Chorizo de pueblo spicy

The Spanish Chorizo was traditionally made in the mountainous areas of Spain where the natural, cool air provides the optimum conditions for drying the product. Our spicy chorizo continues this tradition; produced with Pimenton de la Vera paprika and cayenne pepper in the foothills of the Pyrennees of North-East Spain. The producers are a family owned company who have been producing Spanish sausages for over 80 years.

Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper (0,6%), Dextrose, Garlic Paste, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Nutmeg, Oregano. Natural edible casing.
