Pear, goat’s cheese, walnut and fuet tartine

Step by step:

1. Cut the fuet and peeled pear into thin slices and chop up the nuts. 2. Slice the baguette in half, cut off the ends and divide each half into four pieces. Lightly toast the bread on both sides. 3. Place the bread in a dish suitable for baking and then lay the pear and cheese cut into slices on the bread. Season with a little pepper and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. 4. Having pre-heated the oven, grill them for a few minutes until the cheese turns golden brown. Remove them from the oven and place the fuet on top, cut into thin slices.
