Asian salad of cooked ham

Step by step:

1. Put 1/2 glass of peanuts in a coffee grinder or in a small chopper and crush for 1 minute. If we shake the grinder while working, avoid having to open in half to remove. 2. Mix the ingredients of the dressing, if it is thick we lighten with a little water. 3. Cut the onion into rings. If we have cooked the beans ourselves we can peel them so that they are thinner. 4. Cut slices of cooked ham into strips. 5. Scald for 30-60 seconds the broccoli sprigs and chill them in a bowl with cold water. Place on a plate with the rest of the ingredients, season and serve.
