Currently we have eight production plants located in the provinces of Girona, Barcelona and Huesca. Our main plant is in St. Joan les Fonts (Girona), at the edges of La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, near the Pyrenees, in a unique environment optimal to develop our activity.
OLOT (GIRONA)
Surface area: 10.000 m2.
Production: 7.500 pigs/day.
In these facilities the animals are slaughtered. It provides raw material to the butchering room.

Production: 1.500 carcasses/day and 50.000 trays.
This is the plant where the carcasses are butchered. Fresh meat products are also sliced and packaged here.
ST. JOAN LES FONTS (GIRONA)
Surface area: 21.000 m2.
Production: 100.000 kg/day.
The group's central administration services, such as General Management, are housed here. The entire range of meat products (cooked and cured) as well as roasted meats and cooked dishes are produced here.

ST ESTEVE DE LLÉMENA (GIRONA)
Surface area: 26.500 m2.
Production: 22.000 hams/week. 1,2 M hams in stock.
Single-product plant for the manufacturing of hams subject to a long curing process. It's located in Sant Esteve de Llémena, in a mountainous area in La Garrotxa, benefits significantly the curing process.
EL GRADO (HUESCA)
Surface area: 8.000 m2.
Production: 12.000 hams/week.
A plant located in the province of Huesca (Aragón), in a superb environment for the preparation of high-quality Serrano ham.
ST. JOAN LES FONTS (GIRONA)
Surface area: 5.500 m2.
Production: 1,1 M packs a week.
These modern facilities are located next to the main plant. This is where delicatessen products are sliced and packaged in different forms.
BARCELONA
Surface area: 3.000 m2.
Production: 60.000 tonnes/year.
Plant for processing using APP-High Pressure Processing, located in Zona Franca, Barcelona. Up to 2.500 kg of products can be processed every hour.
