Ham cooked in tempura

Step by step:

1. Cut the pineapple and the melon into small squares and the hams into strips of the same width as the fruit. 2. Wrap each serving of fruit with a strip of ham, pineapple with cooked ham and melon with curing. Click on a skewer stick so that the fruit and ham packets do not slip. 3. Prepare the tempura by mixing the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper, and adding cold water until you get the right texture, neither too liquid, nor too thick. 4. Dip the skewers in the tempura dough and fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil on absorbent paper and serve.
