Chorizo: Pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, maltodextrin, dextrose, garlic powder, sodium ascrobate, nutmeg, potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite, oregano.
Manchego cheese. Ewe's milk (contains Lysozyme (from egg)). Non-edible rind
